CHANGES IN CABINET?

MR. MACDONALD’S ILLNESS SPECULATION IN BRITAIN HEALTH DECIDING FACTOR REVIVAL ,OF RUMOURS By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Rec. 8 p.m. London, March 13. The indisposition of the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, has revived rumours of Cabinet reconstruction. Reliable authorities are of the opinion that a change will be made after the King's jubilee celebrations. This means after July. Some believe Mr. MacDonald will then relinquish the post of Prime Minister in favour of an office not involving departmental duties. Others are of the opinion that Mr. MacDonald will surrender his office to Mr. Stanley Baldwin earlier in which case few other changes may occur.

Obviously the deciding factor will be the state of Mr. MacDonald’s health. His doctor twice visited Mr. MacDonald this week.
