LIGHTER WINDS EXPECTED. By Telegraph— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be cloudy 'along the east coast with some scattered showers. There will also be a few passing showers in the far north, with conditions improving to-morrow. Elsewhere it will be fine. Temperatures will be moderate. Moderate to strong south-west to south-east winds are predicted, decreasing to-morrow. Seas on New Zealand waters will be rather rough to rough north of Farewell Spit and south of East Cape, but moderating slowly to-morrow. Elsewhere they will be moderate. In the eastern Tasman Sea there will be moderate southerly winds and moderate seas. An intense anti-cyclone covers the Tasman Sea and is moving on to New Zealand.
