VESSEL DELAYED
DISPUTE WITH SEAMEN. Ey Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10.30 p.m. Melbourne, Feb. 26. The departure of the cargo steamer James Cook for Nev/ Zealand was postponed in consequence of the decision of the Seamen’s Union to refuse to man the ship unless additional trimmers were called for. To-night the seamen decided to man the ship.
