HEAVILY BATTERED BY OCEAN. PUMPS WORKING CONTINUOUSLY. By Telegraph— Press Assn. —Copyright Vancouver, Feb. 21. With bedraggled sails flapping from th« masts and the pumps working continuously, but otherwise showing little damage, the schooner Seth Parker arrived at Pago Pago. The Seth Parker was battered by heavy seas and twice had to call the cruiser Australia to her assistance.
