GERMAN OFFICIAL ORDER SAINTS’ DAYS OMITTED. THE CATHOLICS INCENSED “CROWNING NAZI INSULT” By Telegraph—Press Association. Rec. 10 p.m. Berlin, Feb. 18. The Minister of Agriculture, Herr Darre, has published a new calendar “for every German farmer.” Catholics are incensed and regard it as the crowning Nazi insult as it omits all the names of the saints’ days and explains that holidays will be for incidents in Germany history. Good Friday will be in memory of 4500 Saxons murdered by Charlemagne the Butcher. Easter is to be the Easter feast of the sunrise, Assumption Day Thor’s descent after the hammer, Ash Wednesday Ash Wotan’s Day, December 25 the coming of Yuletide and the appearance of the goat Sar on Valhalla s roof.
