WOODFULL AND PONSFORD. PROCEEDS OF BENEFIT MATCH. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.45 p.m. Melbourne, Feb. 12. Two cheques each for £1042, the proceeds of a testimonial cricket match, have been handed to W. M. Woodfull and W. Ponsford by the Victorian Cricket Association.
Canon Hughes, president of the association, said the names of Woodfull and Ponsford would be for all time among the honoured.
