In a fit of insane revenge for an alleged injustice received from an unemployment relief burean, Henry Arden, a 24-years-old university graduate and a cripple from paralysis, and his mother, Mrs. Ruth Arden, aged 54, shot and killed one relief worker and seriously injured three others. The son then shot and killed his mother and committed suicide. . .. . . The Ardens had been receiving aid but recently .were removed from the lists.
