NOMINATION OF MR. P. SKOGLUND.
ENDORSEMENT BY LABOUR PARTY.

The national executive of the Labour Party has endorsed the nomination of Mr. Philip Skoglund as the party’s candidate for the Stratford electorate. Mr. Skoglund is town clerk of Stratford and president of. the New Zealand Institute of Town Clerks.
Mr. Skoglund is also president of the Taranaki Brass and Pipe Bands’ Union> of the Stratford Boxing Association and the Stratford Wrestling Association. He is a member of the Stratford Racing Club committee and a life member of the Taranaki Rugby -Union.
