SIAMESE DELEGATION REACHES ENGLAND TO VISIT THEIR KING.—A special delegation from Siam reached England last month, leaving London on December 12 for Cranleigh, Surrey, to interview the King of Siam in an effort to persuade him to return to Siam and the throne which he recently intimated his intention to abdicate.
