A PRINCE OF FASHION.
In writing of the trousseau of Princess Marina, a Paris correspondent states that the .man who designed Princess Marina’s wedding dress, Captain Edward Molyneux, is a personality well qualified by his ability and his romantic career to be associated with a Royal love story. After a brilliant war record he assaulted Paris, the stronghold of feminink fashion. An Englishman—a Londoner—he became famous as a prince of fashion in Paris! To those who know how highly specialised an art dress design is in Paris the thing seems incredible. From his first dress house in Rue Royale he soon had to move—it was not big enough. Now he has a seven-storey building in the Place de la Concorde, branches in London, Monte Carlo, Cannes, and Biarritz, and a factory outside Paris. Princess Marina has given permission for the 1935 coiffure to be named after her The Marina coiffure has a middle parting, with the hair lightly waved on either side. The hair is drawn back from the face to meet the back hair, ana mingle into small soft curls dressed rather high on the back of the head.
