ANNUAL MEETING COINCIDENCE. FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.' London, Jan. 10. The 25th annual meeting of the Empire Press Union coincided with the anniversary day of its foundation. Sir Harry Brittain pointed out that he and Mr. H. A. Gwynne were the only survivors of those attending the foundation meeting. Major Astor was re-elected president. The South African programme was approved.
