JDublic Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Stratford County Council held on Saturday, December 15, 1934, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Stratford, on Saturday, January 19, 1935, at 10.30 a.m. “That pursuant to Section 113 of “The Public Works Act, 1928” the Stratford County Council hereby resolves that the Cheal Road, commencing at its junction with the Mountain Road and terminating at the junction of the Cheal and Wingrove Roads, be declared a County road.” A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the County Office, Stratford, and is open for inspection during office hours.
