MISS HARTIGAN NOT TO PLAY. CHAMPIONSHIPS AT MELBOURNE. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright, 1 Melbourne, January 3. Acting on medical advice, Miss Joan Hartigan, holder of the Australian women’s tennis title, has withdrawn from all events in the championships. She was to partner Miss Dorothy Round, Wimbledon champion, in the doubles. Her place is now taken by Miss Coyne.
