The moment the Saar plebiscite is concluded action will be directed to signing a Franco-Italian pact, but M. Pierre Laval (Foreign Minister) will not pay his long-delayed visit to Signor Mussolini until he is satisfied that an agreement is assured.
In the meantime it is hoped Prince Paul’s new regime in Yugoslavia will create - a more favourable atmosphere.
