Winegrowers, in a desperate effort to induce, their countrymen to recover. the habit of wine-drinking, has equipped a propaganda train with 12,000 gallons of wine and several improvised bars at which choice vintages will be offered at remarkably low prices, including champagne at 5s to 7s a quart The train will travel the length of Italy with bars open day and night Despite the low price of wine throughout the country, the modem Italian, prefers beer and coffee, while young men concentrating on athletics drink mineral waters and milk.
