Miss Lorna Kopks, Makahu, Is visiting her sister at Wanganui. Miss Grace Hubbard, Fairfield, Hamilton, is visiting relatives at Stratford for a week’s holiday. Mi.cs K. Callaghan and Miss C. Kuch are holiday-making at Paekakariki. Mrs. R. Death has returned to Whangamomona after visiting Stratford. Mrs. W. Huston, Feilding, is staying with her mother, Mrs. Laing, Juliet Street. Misses Mary, Mona and Ida Kelly spent the Christmas holidays with their sister, Mrs. Clarke, at New Plymouth. Mrs. E. Brewer and family are visiting Masterton.
Mrs. L. Kay is visiting Wellington. Mrs. C. Ellis is visiting New Plymouth as the guest of Mrs. Cole, Fitzroy. Dr. and Mrs. Brown, who have come to live at Stratford, have moved into Mr. and Mrs. H. C. North’s house. Mrs. Garlick has returned to Auckland after visiting Stratford. Mrs. G. Dick is on a holiday visit to Waipawa.
Mrs. Oliphant-Rowe and family are spending a camping holiday at Ngamotu beach, New Plymouth. Mrs. B. Farrant, Otorohanga, is visiting her mother, Mrs. F. Weston. Mrs. W. E. Porter, Wellington, is visiting Stratford as the guest of Mrs. McQuay.
Mrs. R. Gibson is holiday-making at New Plymouth. Miss Dulcie Fazackerley, Tahora, is holiday-making at Stratford as the guest of Miss E. Schlicting.
Miss Irene Bell, New Plymouth, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. Bell, Tuna.
Mrs. Thompson, Stratford, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Satler, Kohuratahi. Miss Marjorie Moore, Hamilton, is visiting Stratford as the guest of Mrs. H. Dixon.
Mrs. R. Major, Hutt, Wellington, formerly of Stratford, is visiting her relatives. Mrs. E. L. Masters is at New Plymouth on holiday.
Mrs. C. A. Turner, Pembroke Road, is on holiday at Auckland. Miss Rhea Furrie is spending a holiday at Hawera. Mrs. Stokes is camping at Urenui. Mrs. M. Hughson is holiday-making at Urenui.
Mrs. W. Ewing and family are on holiday at New Plymouth. Mrs. Bake and family are on a holiday visit to New Plymouth.
Mrs. McDermott and family are spending the holidays at the Opunake beach. Mrs. G. Grace is the guest of Mrs. G. Grace senr., New Plymouth. Miss M. Hodges, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. J. Lyons. Mrs. J. Cresswell and Miss Joan Cresswell are on a motor tour of the North Island. Mrs. A. Hugo and Miss Pat Brown have left for a . camping holiday. Mrs. D. Perry and family, Wellington, are holiday-making at Stratford. Mrs. R. Joyes, Hamilton, is visiting relatives at Stratford. Mrs. S. Lyons, Wanganui, is visiting Mrs. J. Lyons. Miss Ethel Gadsby, Opunake Road, is spendmg the holidays at Manakau beach. Misses Wheeler, Wellington, are visiting their sister, Mrs. D. J. Malone.

Miss A. Hodge is at Urenui beach. Mrs. E. Boundy is spending a holiday at Wellington and Christchurch. P. Dwyer and Miss C. Lennon are on holiday at Queenstown, Otago. Mrs. P. Phillips is visiting Hamilton as the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Vickers.
Mrs. Childs, who has been spending a few days at New Plymouth as the guest of her daughter, Mrs. P. O. Pope, returned to Stratford on Friday. Mrs. H. C. North has left Stratford on a holiday to be spent at New Plymouth, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. She will be away some months. Miss’ Florence Ross, Lee, Lancashire, England, who is visiting her brother, Mr. W. F. Ross, has left with him on a holiday visit to Auckland. Mrs. R. V. Bevan spent the week-end at Stratford as the guest of Mrs. M. T. Phillips. She went on to the Waitomo Caves.
Mrs. Green, wife of Brigadier Green, visited Stratford during the week-end as the guest of her sister, Mrs. Phillips. Mrs. Green is making a tour of the North Island.
Miss Gladys Rainbow, Karori, Wellington, is spending the school holidays at Stratford as the guest of Mrs. D. McCready. Mrs. Stan Robinson, Kaikohe, formerly of Stratford, has been visiting Stratford. She is the guest of her mother, Mrs. Neilson, at Eltham.
Mrs. A. Manoy and Misses R. and S. Manoy have left for Auckland, where Mrs Manoy and Miss S. Manoy will live in future.
Mrs. A. Fazackerly, .Tahora, is visiting her mother, Mrs. Fever, Waitara. Mrs. Wafer and family, Fitzroy, are staying with Mrs. Lawrence senr., Gordon Road.
Miss C. Walls is a visitor to Auckland.
Mrs. Gaze and family are holidaymaking at Wanganui. Miss Chadwick is a holiday visitor to Opunal.a beach. Miss C. Mather is a holiday visitor to Okoke.
Mrs. W. Bain, Wellington, is staying 1 Mrs. G. Bain. Mrs. J. Campbell and family, Dannevirke, are the guests of Mrs. Milne senr.
Mrs. S. Crawford is the guest of Mrs. H. Crawford. Mrs. E. Franks and family, Wanganui, are staying with Mrs. Kirby, Hamlet Street.
Mrs. J. P. Brien, New Plymouth, is the guest of her mother, Mrs. W. Tunbridge. Miss Jean Oliver, Hawera, is the guest of Mrs. M. Kelly. Miss K. Irving, of the Seddon Memorial College, Auckland, is visiting her mother, Mrs. J. Irving, Page Street. Mrs. Mitchell, Huntly, is staying with her daughter, Mrs. N. Boyle. Mrs. J. Vinten, Hawera, is staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Richardson.
Mrs. A. Anderson, Tahora, is the guest of Mrs. C. Hyndman.
Stratford visitors to the New Plymouth races included Mesdames D. Malone, A. Coleman, H. Good, A. Yamdley, S. Porritt, S. Lyons, Misses M. Malone, M. Porritt, M. Whittle, M. Lyons and D. Mann. Misses Dorothy and Betty Winmill are spending the school vacation at Pohokura as the guests of Mrs. A. Loveday.
