Mrs. K Hawkins, Palmerston North, is visiting her mother, Mrs. F. Hammond, for several weeks.
Miss N y Watt, Hamilton, is spending the school holidays with her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Watt. Mrs. J. Downey is spending the holidays with her mother, Mrs. Bunny, Masterton.
Mrs. L. S. Donnelly, who has been seven weeks in the New Plymouth Hospital, returned to Opunake on Sunday. Mrs. E. Meuli and family, Okaiawa, are spending several weeks at the beach.
Mrs. Wilcox, Rahotu, spent a few days at Opunake. Miss Thom has gone to Rotorua for the holidays.
Miss Butler is spending a holiday at Auckland as the guest of her mother. Mrs. J. Arthur, Ngaere, has taken a cottage at the beach for a few days.
