MCCORMICK’S THREE LOSSES. HAWERA RINK AT WANGANUI. Among the visiting rinks at the Wanganui Centre’s bowling tournament is one from Hawera skipped by D. McCormick, president of the Hawera club. It lost all three matches' on the first day, details being:— First round; Hobbs, Roberts, Rudge, McCormick 13 v. Rowling, Glover, Wight, Benfield 28. Second round: London 26 v. McCormick 17. ■ Third round: Moffat 27 v. McCormick 20.
