CALL TO SOUTH AFRICAN RABBI. POSITION OF CHIEF MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Dec. 21. Members of the Great Synagogue at Sydney have-decided to give a call to Rabbi E. M. Levy, M.A., South Africa, as chief minister of the Great Synagogue in succession to the late Rabbi Cohen.
