The funeral of the late Mrs. Norah Kirkby took place at Nev/ Plymouth on Monday.- when after a service 'at St. Mary’s Church the cortege proceeded to Te Henui cemetery. The pall-bearers were Messrs. R. W. Kirkby (Wellington), B. Whitcombe, E. Humphries, F. Brett (New Plymouth) and R. Brown and E. Henderson (Inglewood), all old friends of the family. The service was conducted by the Revs. Boyd Bell (Inglewood) and Fordham Clark (New Plymouth). Mrs. Kirkby is survived by her husband, Mr. L. Kirkby, and a son and daughter, Russell and Lois.
