LOITERING FOR BETTING. PUNISHMENT OF NELSON MAN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. A fine of £lOO was imposed to-day by Mr. T. E. Maunsell, S.M., on Maurice Richard Sterling Maxwell, who was charged with frequenting certain streets for the purpose of betting. Security for appeal was fixed at £l2O. An information in a similar case against James Abel Anderson was dismissed.
