AYRSHIRE BREEDERS
MEETING AT NEW PLYMOUTH. SELECTION OF BREED JUDGES. Judges for Ayrshire breed cattle classes were selected at the monthly- meeting of the Taranaki Ayrshire Cattle Breeders Club at New Plymouth yesterday. Those present were Messrs. W. Hair (president), R. W. D. Robertson, A. Weir, G. Hall, W. Olson, H. H. Olson, H; F. Olson, J. O. Morton. The club’s bull Sale had been very.successful this year, it was reported. Ayrshire cattle were becoming more popular, said Mr. Hall. " : _ Mr. D. Buchanan, Palmerston. North, the selected judge for the Ayrshire Section at the Taranaki show next autumn, had consented to act, it was reported. Mr. W. Hall was appointed ' judge. of Ayrshire calves for the calf-judging championships at the Waiwakaiho show- ; grounds on December 13.
