By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 24. A fine of £l5 was imposed on William Samuel James, aged 28, labourer, on a charge of intoxication in charge of a car. He was deprived of obtaining a licence for 13 months. He collided with a parked lorry and had no driving licencg.
