nounced its decision in the case of Mr. R. J. Thompson, principal .of the Technical High School, who appealed against suspension for a month’, consequent on his refusal to sigh or publish a letter submitted by the ■ board following the publication of two letters written by Mr. Thompson on. the subject of amalgamation with the high school. . ? ' • The decision of the court is that the appellant was - wropgly aufipe?|de4 - -and
the appeal was allowed. The court ordered that the appellant be reinstated as from the date he was suspended, that the appellant receive compensation for the loss of salary during the suspension, and the costs £6 2s be paid in equal shares by the parties.
