PLEBISCITE IN SAAR VALLEY. MANY PREPARING TO LEAVE. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Saarbrucken, Nov. 14. Fearing anti-Semitic measures, after the plebiscite on January 13, many of the 5000 Jews in the Saar have departed. Others are disposing of their businesses and some have adopted French citizenship Others are liquidating their affairs and are ready to escape at a moment’s notice.
