WELCOME TO PRINCE OF WALES. WELFARE CENTRES VISITED. British Wireless. Rugby, Nov. 6. Unemployed men at Bristol gave a warm welcome to the Prince of Wales to-day when he visited the city’s welfare centres, many of which have been organised as the result of the Prince’s own appeal on behalf of the unemployed.
