BRITAIN v. NEW SOUTH WALES. HOME TEAM’S FOURSOMES WIN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 9.50 pan. Sydney, Nov. 5. The golf match between Britain and New South Wales was drawn, three matches all. The foursomes over 18 holes resulted:— J. Ferrier and P. F. Hughes defeated Mac Lean and Bourn (Britain), 4 and 3. T. McKay and A. Waterson defeated Scott and Garnett (Britain), 1 up. The singles, also over 18 holes, resulted:— McKay defeated Scott (Britain), 2 and 1. Mac Lean (Britain) defeated Ferrier, 3 and 2. Garnett (Britain) defeated Waterson, 1 up. Bourn (Britain) defeated Hughes, 1 up.
