SOME OF THE KING’S SPEECHES. NOT TO BECOME COMMONPLACE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 4. The Lord Chamberlain, the Earl of Cromer, has refused permission to broadcast the King’s speech at the opening of the new Institute of British Architects, says the Star. The reason is that it is undesirable 'that His Majesty’s voice should become commonplace. It should be reserved for special occasions.
