CUSTOMARY PROCEDURE. UNITED KINGDOM OBSERVANCE. British Wireless. Rugby, Oct. 15. The customary procedure will be . followed in the celebration of Armistice Day on November 11. The central fixture will be a short service at the Cenotaph conducted by the Bishop of London, following the observance of two min r utes’ silence. ’ The usual commemorative service will be held in Westminster Abbey,, and a pilgrimage past the Cenotaph and the Unknown Warrior’s grave in the Abbey will take place. The two minutes’ silence will be observed throughout the United Kingdom.
