KIDNAPPING OF MRS. STOLL. FAMILY AWAITS INSTRUCTIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Louisville (Kentucky), Oct. 12. The ransom has been paid for Mrs, Alice Stoll, who was kidnapped on Wednesday, and the family are awaiting instructions. Her husband, Mr. B. V. Stoll, vicepresident of the Stoll Refining Company of Louisville, announced to-day that the kidnappers demanded £lO,OOO. Mrs. Stoll, who is 26 years of age, was kidnapped in a brutal way on Wednesday. An unknown man entered her home under the pretence that he wished to use the telephone and, after beating Mrs. Stoll, carried her off.
