ANGLICAN CHURCH GUILD. Members of the Anglican Church guild met at Mrs. W. Butler’s house on Tuesday afternoon to decide a date of the annual bazaar that would not clash with any other gathering. After some discussion December 13 was fixed as the date. Stall-holders were appointed. ■ The quarterly meeting of the Methodist Church was held on Wednesday, when there was a good attendance. Working bees at the tennis court, under the supervision of Mr. W. Hodson, made preparations for the opening day on Wednesday. A dance will be held in the evening. -C : " Mrs. J. Sullivan and Messrs. E. Lowry and G. Horo have returned to Rahotu after being treated in the New Plymouth i hospital. Mr. D. Hodson, Patea, is visiting his uncle, Mr. Hodson. Miss V. Morrow has returned from a visit to New Plymouth. Miss Farquhar, who has received an appointment at the Hamilton hospital, will leave Rahotu early next month. Mrs? D. Williams is visiting her daughter'at New Plymouth. The Anglican Church girls will arrange for afternoon tea next sale day. Mrs. Dale, Timaru, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hughson.
