SOCIETY v. UNDERWORLD
One of America’s most virile actors, George makes a popular return at the Regent next Wednesday, in "Blood Money,” A highly dramatic romance of society and the underworld exposing the bail-bond racket. The story, by Harold Long and Roland Brown, who also directs the picture, was specially written for Bancroft. The result is a drama packed with action and thrills, A dynamic characterisation is given by Bancroft, and there is in addition some splendid acting by an excellent cast, including Francis Dee, Judith Anderson, and Etienne Girardot.
