The epidemic of measles at Purifigi is abating, but there are still a fow adult eases and also some new caste among the very ydung children.'' It is expected that the school Children will be all back at school this week. The suggestion of a queen carnival in aid df the Anglican church funds was popular only With Pufangi, Matau- and Kiore, and lite been postponed indefinitely. Meanwhile other ways and means of raising funds are being thought qut.
