The South of England tennis championship finals at Eastbourne resulted:— Men’s singles; N. Sharpe beat E. P. Andrews (N.Z.) 6—3, 6—3.
Women’s singles: Miss D. Round beat Miss King, 6—4, 6—l. In the semi-final of the men’s doubles Hare and Ridley defeated Andrews arid Heeley, 6—4, 2—6, 6 —4.
