Concert givers are requested not to clash with the orchestral concert to be held at St. Mary’s hall, New Plymouth, on October 1. The main feature of the programme will be Beethovens famous C Minor Symphony. Exhibitors of spring flowers are reminded that entries close to-day (Monday), at 5 p.m., for the Whiteley Spring Flower Show to be held on Wednesday and Thursday. It should prove quite as interesting as any previous show, and the committee is expecting record entries.*
