GERMAN POLITICAL PRISONERS. PROTECTIVE DETENTION LIMITED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 6.50 p.m. Berlin, Sept. 1. General Goering, Prussian Prime Minister, has released 742 persons from protective custody in Prussian concentration camps. Protective custody in future will be applied only in emergencies and henceforth all prisoners are to be dealt. with in the ordinary courts.
