PLANE LOSES PROPELLER
PASSENGERS RECEIVE SHOCK. ’ By Telegraph—Press Association. Rec. 8.40 p.m. Sydney, Aug. 17. Passengers on the Brisbane to Sydney mail-plane received a shock when the centre engine propeller flew to pieces in mid-air. The machine at the time was only a few miles from Mascot and the pilot landed it with the two outboard engines.
