TRAIN WRECKED BY BANDITS
CHINESE EASTERN RAILWAY. WAGGONS DERAILED AND LOOTED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.35 p.m. Shangai, Aug. 15. Bandits attacked and wrecked another Chinese Eastern Railway train 20 miles west of Heng-Tap-Hotsze and kidnapped the crew. Two locomotives and twelve waggons were derailed, smashed and looted.
