They are: Evangeline Booth, Henry Mapp, Catherine Booth, Charles Rich (commanding the Army in Sweden) and Samuel Hurren (principal of the Army Training College, London). The choice seems to be between Evangeline Bootn and Henry Mapp, chief of staff at in-' temational Headquarters. Henry Mapp stands for the maintenance of the existing system of government. Evangeline Both similarly is unwilling to make changes, though not averse to \see others make them.
