Less than one quart of this newly-discovered substance exists, and it is valued at £30,000. Propaganda will be spread from a new Russia aeroplane which contains, a cinema, printing press, and broadcasting stations. The loudspeakers can be heard from a height of half a mile. Stated to be the smallest in the world, a manuscript in the Bodleian Library at Oxford measures three-quarters of an inch square.
