CHEESF CRACKERS.

One large cup flour, J teaspoon salt, 1 cup grated cheese, i cup boiling water, loz. butter. Dissolve butter in boiling water, then mix all together to make a stiff dough. Roll out as thinly as possible. Cut in rounds and bake in a brisk oven. This ought to make about 60 biscuits.
