ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
COMPETITION FOR JULIAN CUP. DECIDING GAME AT STRATFORD. The Associatioxi football match between Stratford and Pirates at Stratford to-morrow will be the final game in the Julian Cup competition. The first match of the season between the two teams was postponed and, as the match last Saturday had to be abandoned owing to stormy weather, this match will decide whether Moturoa or Stratford will be the holder of the Julian Cup for the 1934 season. If Stratford and Pirates draw a play-off between Stratford and Moturoa will be necessary.
