By Telegraph—Press Assn— Copyright. Rec. 7.35 p.m. London, June 27. Cabinet has definitely decided on a policy of re-armament, the Morning Post understands. An important announcement can be expected shortly. The Air Ministry is preparing a scheme and there is evidence of a similar scheme for strengthening the navy being already in existence. _ The Government, it is believed, tola, the United States that it will insist at the Naval Conference on the minimum of 70 cruisers first demanded at Geneva in 1927, but well informed circles are of the opinion that the conference will not be held in 1935 because of the grave differences between the nations.

JAPANESE PARTICIPATION
Tokio, June 26.
It is understood that Mr. K. Hirota, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Admiral M Osumi, Minister of Marine, have decided to send naval technical experts to London to advise Mr. T. Matsudaira, Japanese Ambassador, thus enabling him to participate in the conversations on an equal footing with the English and Americans.
