MANGATOKI GOLF BALL.
SUCCESSFUL SOCIAL EVENT. Tire second annual golf ball at Mangatoki on Monday, night was most successful, a large number of visitors attending from the -surrounding districts. The hall was decorated with red and yellow streamers, hydrangeas, ferns and chrysanthemums and balloons at intervals completed the carnival effect. Messrs. G. Pease and J. L. Taylor were masters of ceremonies and music was played by Vinsen’s Ambassadors. Extras were contributed by Misses D. Gatenby and K. Syma. Among those present were Mesdames C. A. Pease, H. L.
