CENTENARY OF WELLINGTON
INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION PLAN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Mayor of Wellington, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, stated to-day his intention of getting in touch with all local bodies and appointing committees to take preliminary steps to hold an industrial exhibition at Wellington in 1940 in celebration of the centenary of the foundation of the city.
