SINGLE MEN'S CAMP VISITS. The Minister of Public Works (the Hon. J. Bitchener) will leave New Plymouth to-day at 8.30 a.m. He will visit the single' men’s camps at Carrington Road and at Kaweora in the OpunakeEgmont district. He will receive a deputation at Awatuna regarding noxious weeds and an Egmont County Council deputation on the subject of roads at 1 p.m. He will be accorded a civic reception .at. Eltham in the evening, which county councillors will attend.
