Mr. W. G. F. Pinkham, assistant-super-visor of the postal branch at the chief post office, Dunedin, Was re-elected unopposed to represent the officers of the postal branch on the Post and Telegraph Appeal Board, states a Wellington Press Association message. Mr. G. A. Wilkes, postmaster at St. Andrews’ was elected unopposed as representative of the officers of the telegraph branch. V. Ward, Wellington, is the outgoing service telegraph representative.
