Grave significance is attached to the theft from the office of the Saar mines administration of archives including details of French propaganda methods in the Saar, also a list of German children attending French schools, says the Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail. An employee of the administration, also two guards, who have disappeared, are believed to be implicated. An official considers the archives .were taken to Germany for the employment as political propaganda in connection with the Saar plebiscite. The French authorities have decided to complain to the League of Nations.
