PRINCE OF WALES OFFERS ADVICE DEPRECATES RETRENCHMENT. By Telegraph—Press As&n. —Copyright. London, May 23. The Prince of Wales, addressing the Forestry Association, urged the conservation of 2,300,000 square miles of forests in the Empire. He deprecated the retrenchment of forestry services and emphasised the beauty and quality of Empire timber and urged its wider use.
