DISCUSSIONS WITH AUSTRALIA. QUARANTINE MATTERS AT ISSUE. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Sydney, May 22. Dr. G. H. Cunningham, of the New Zealand Agricultural Department, arrived to discuss with the Commonwealth and State health authorities all quarantine matters at issue between the two Dominions with a view to modifying trade embargoes, about which there has been much discussion during the past eighteen months.
